Nowen is experienced in business systems, process documentation, process improvement in the banking and insurance sectors and is currently working as Manager Project Office at BSP Life – a Life and Health insurance provider in Fiji. She is also focused on helping build communities through her community work with Leadership Fiji (which encourages a greater understanding of community issues whilst providing a platform for young people to network and develop personally).

Nowen has recently joined the board as a member in December 2014.
